oh great... im sick too... well because of my stomach flu i have slight fever. Luckily today the school wants us to bring our thermometers or else i wont know whats my temperature. Well, i still went for training but i didnt train. At first i tried doing warm ups with them but after running , practicing digging,setting and spiking etc , i couldnt take it so i went to sit and watch them train. Its very boring seeing them train... even the volleyball which was on my hand became my "best friend"!!! haha after the big rest , i helped coach to train shu an for setting... I felt quite bad because i had to dig a nice ball for her to set but sometimes i think my digging is really bad... But coach didnt say anything, he just kept saying her setting is still not good enough and he punished her by doing the diamond shape push ups and not only this , she had to do it on the ball. I felt so bad but shu an say its okay, it wasnt my fault but still the guilt is there because i have to witness my friend being punished and i am not. So the only thing i can do is to help her hold the ball when doing push ups and keep encouraging her not to give up and kept telling her to "jia you you can do it :)"i feel that coach wants her to be setter so thats why he is pushing her so hard... so JIA YOU SHU AN... and for theresa and stephanie , although he have a person in mind for setter , it doesnt mean that you have to stop working hard. If you really want to be in the school team, just work harder and show him that you have improved alot and has the capability to set well , if you just give up now , you will not be able to prove coach wrong.. So JIA YOU TO THERESA AND STEPHANIE!!!! oh and remember its a healthy competition , dont let envy and jealousy break the friendships in volleyball:)

After training , theresa, stephanie, joanne, venice , shu an and i were gossiping haha ryan is the only guy left at the grandstand... we kept telling him to run with sarah at the track haha and after a few minutes he really ran to the track and ran with sarah for a while :) ryan ah is seriously "mean" haha theresa and i helped him to throw all the bottles in the dustbin after training then once we found out that the gate at the piazza is closed, we decided to help him bring up the balls and get to the cage by the other way... haha but when we reach the staircase area , it was super dark but that was the only way to get to the cage. So when we entered, the first thing ryan did was to scare us, he even wanted to tell us a ghost story haha he is super lame ah haha no wonder sarah likes him, hope they are together for long long :)

Now, my stomach is very pain for a while then not pain again, and this goes on in a cycle... i ate my pills and i was clever to eat my pink pills to lower my temperature during training haha i feel fine , its just that my stomach is in pain , and i feel a bit cold. my body temperature is hot but then during training my sweat was cold... so ya.. im sick but i dont have a mc so i guess i will go to school tomorrow and not do pe... i think the school should just accept letters because for me i have my own prepared medicines at home , so when im sick i dont need to go to a clinic , i just need to use the medicines at home. only if im severely sick i will go to the clinic. so how can i produce a mc... going to clinics are expensive you know... THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO CARED :) im fine but just having fever thats all :)
